Our all-metal locknuts have no plastic inserts of any kind. They’re effective under even the harshest conditions: extreme temperatures, corrosive environments, and high levels of vibration. Of special interest to many customers are our dual-slotted locknuts (ESL & ERM), which offer the highest performance possible with no bolt damage and no galling.

The ESL is a Dual-slotted, all-metal, self-locking hex nut. The ESL has impressive characteristics including extremely reliable, consistent prevailing torque, and no galling. The dual-locking slots function independently of bolt tension. The ESL is a true single piece all metal design.

The one-piece ERM is a great time saver with its integrated disc spring washer. This design results in quick installations and absolute tension maintained under dynamic loads. Ideal for imperfect bearing surfaces and electrical contacts.
